National Starch Food Innovation, Manchester, U.K., and Limagrain Cereales Ingredients, based in France, have agreed to collaborate in the field of natural ingredient solutions for the food industry. The collaboration will combine National Starch Food Innovation’s experience in food application with Limagrain’s reputation for providing quality cereal ingredients. The intent of the collaboration is to commercialize a range of wholesome and natural ingredient solutions, enabling food processors to meet increasing consumer demand throughout Europe and North America for more natural, organic and wholesome food choices.
